They’re indicative averages based on official data and modelling. Your roof, orientation, shading and equipment will change results.
Do you include batteries?
We show figures with and without a battery where relevant. Batteries add convenience but often extend payback; see Methodology.
Why does my EPC say something different?
EPCs are property-specific; our pages are postcode-level modelling. Use both when speaking with an installer.
